Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Morocco: 2–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, weather conditions, and carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


International Shipping

Mirouva ships to selected international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or other government fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are determined by your local customs authority.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Mirouva is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other events beyond our control

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be refunded minus shipping costs.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, the package may be returned to us.

Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
